American Youth Foundation seeks a Registration Manager to oversee client relations and the full registration workflow for Miniwanca's camps, NLC, and Open Enrollment programs. You’ll manage the registration database, financial aid processes, and scholarship distribution, while collaborating with program teams to meet enrollment goals.

The role is year-round, full-time, based in Shelby Township, MI, with regular weekday hours and some seasonal weekend work.

Formación

• Experience coordinating registration or client services is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex enrollment and scholarship workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for campers and families across programs.
• Oversee the registration process and maintain the registration database.
• Administer financial aid, allocate scholarship funds, and issue aid letters.
• Maintain weekly enrollment reports and provide program reports to teams.
• Assist with reception coverage and support on-site operations.
