Job summary

American Youth Foundation in Shelby, Michigan, is seeking a Registration Manager to oversee client relations, the full registration process for Miniwanca's Camps, NLC, and Open Enrollment programs, and the related financial aid workflow. You will manage the registration database, coordinate medical and travel forms, and partner with program directors to support enrollment goals.

Weekend work may be required during peak season; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and a 3% SIMPLE-IRA

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations and managing a registration workflow is preferred.
• Ability to manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AYF families across all programs (Camps, NLC, Open Enrollment).
• Manage all aspects of the registration process and the registration database with accuracy.
• Coordinate the financial aid process and scholarship distribution in partnership with leadership.
• Produce weekly enrollment reports and end-of-year summaries for leadership.
• Assist with on-site reception or front desk coverage as needed.
