American Youth Foundation seeks an Outreach Manager at Miniwanca in Shelby, Michigan. The role oversees social media, email/text communications, and website content to expand AYF programs and enrollment. Hybrid remote-work options are available with seasonal on-site summer presence.

The role partners with the Executive Director and Marketing team, delivering brand-aligned storytelling and outreach across communities, schools, and families year-round.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities; adept at storytelling and tailoring messages to multiple audiences.
• Experience with communications tools including print production, web content management, and social media platforms.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills; able to connect authentically with diverse families, alumni, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Execute social media strategy and content calendar for multiple programs.
• Manage mass email communications and SMS to families and participants.
• Update AYF's website content and coordinate with Marketing on strategy.
• Identify marketing opportunities across print, online, and in-person channels.
• Represent Miniwanca at events to support marketing and enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with AYF team to ensure messaging aligns with priorities.
