Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years progressively responsible experience in student services.
• Broad knowledge of student services operations and FERPA rules.
• Experience with student information systems and reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Admissions, Records, and Enrollment Services comply with UH policies and regulations.
• Supervise daily operations and support staff to deliver student-centered service.
• Develop training for staff and campus personnel on policies and FERPA.
• Prepare and disseminate communications, forms, and notices related to admissions and records.
• Assist Registrar with data reporting, assessments, and process improvements.
• Coordinate admissions processing, onboarding, enrollment, and registration support.
• Assist with end-of-term processing, grade changes, and degree audits.
• Maintain knowledge of Banner and test system upgrades.
• Monitor and troubleshoot registration and records issues with campus partners.
• Represent Admissions on committees related to enrollment and compliance.
