Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in college or academic setting preferred.
• Knowledge of student systems (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Canvas) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to learn policies, procedures and licensure requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality student service in registration and academic records.
• Verify enrollment and background check requirements.
• Process readmission and notify students of status changes.
• Support Academic Leadership with enrollment/attendance/grades reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, catalogs, and procedures.
• Assist with campus events and student interactions.
