You will verify enrollment requirements, assist with readmissions, monitor attendance and progression, and collaborate with campus teams to support student success and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of registration and records procedures and systems.
• Ability to communicate with students, staff, and faculty professionally.
• Experience in college or academic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality student service in registration and academic records with confidentiality.
• Verify enrollment requirements and readmission processes as applicable.
• Track and report on student interactions and occupancy of space.
• Assist with schedule adjustments during add/drop and advise on implications.
