Confluent Health, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of a scalable QA process for the Enrollment Services department. You will establish standards for student interactions, ensure compliance with program requirements and laws, and translate findings into measurable improvements across the enrollment lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Quality Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Three or more years of progressive experience in educational quality assurance, including governance and compliance with university-partner requirements.
• Three or more years of experience leading people, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing scorecards, conducting audits/evaluations, calibration, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience using dashboards and performance reporting tools to communicate quality trends and insights.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, Omnichannel, quality-monitoring, speech or text analytics, or third-party ed tech platforms.
• Ability to manage confidential information, competing priorities, and sensitive issues with integrity.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to travel, 1–2 times per year.

Mansioni

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable QA framework aligned with standards and enrollment channels.
• Establish, maintain, and improve evaluation standards, sampling methodologies, and QA documentation, including scorecards.
• Review enrollment interactions for quality, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead calibration and alignment to ensure consistent scoring and tool usage across the department.
• Communicate findings and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and ethical student service.
• Identify performance gaps and partner with Enrollment Leadership to develop targeted solutions.
• Provide trainers with evaluation insights while maintaining confidentiality.
• Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate results outside tolerances; drive cross-functional improvements.
