Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Production Associate to support the production and delivery of personalized enrollment communications for IDI and LTC programs in NYC or Long Island. The role involves handling participant data, creating print and digital materials, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will perform quality checks, manage time-sensitive projects with strong attention to detail, and support production, mailing, and fulfillment activities on site as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excel and Word mail merge knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with data handling.
• Proficient with Adobe PDF.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Flexible to changing client requirements and timelines.
• Willingness to work from the Long Island office.

Responsibilities

• Execute customized print and digital enrollment campaigns for IDI and LTC programs.
• Prepare production files and supporting materials for internal processing and external vendors.
• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy of client communications.
• Coordinate with external print, mailing, fulfillment vendors to meet specs and deadlines.
• Support onsite production and mailing activities, including printing, assembly, mailing preparation, and fulfillment.
• Maintain production resources, supplies, and operational trackers; coordinate temporary staffing as needed.
• Support process improvements and related projects as required.
