Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Communications Associate to craft enrollment communications and material customization for institutional clients. This role focuses on creating and updating enrollment guides, benefit summaries, and portals, aligned with client requirements and approved templates.

You will work across internal teams on cross-functional projects, with mentorship and opportunities to grow. Initially, training occurs at the NYC Wall Street office for up to three days per week, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent with training acceptable.
• At least one year of business writing, client correspondence, and preparing materials.
• Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint; familiar with Excel.
• Comfort with approval workflows and cross-functional environments.
• Life & Health License preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review client communications and enrollment materials.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with templates and standards.
