Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is a leading provider of enrollment communications and related materials for large employers. The Communications Associate role focuses on crafting electronic and print communications such as enrollment guides and benefit summaries, customized to client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.

The position offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with initial NYC training onsite and potential for hybrid or remote work after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required with further training.
• 1+ year experience in business writing, client correspondence, and creating presentation materials.
• Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review client communications, including Word documents and enrollment materials.
• Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with templates and standards.
• Coordinate with teams for timely production of paper mailings and websites.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround while maintaining detail.
• Collaborate to identify and develop process efficiencies.
