Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Communications Associate to craft enrollment communications and manage day-to-day materials for institutional clients. The role focuses on tailored electronic and print communications, enrollment portals, and benefit summaries to meet client needs.

The position is full-time, with the first three months spent training in the NYC Wall Street office. After training, a hybrid or remote schedule may be possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required with additional education/training.
• At least one year of demonstrated work experience including business writing, client correspondence, and preparing presentation materials.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• High attention to detail with data-informed content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with Excel.
• Comfort with approval workflows and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review client communications with a focus on executive benefits.
• Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with templates and standards.
• Coordinate with teams for timely production of paper mailings and websites.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround timelines while maintaining detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop process efficiencies.
