NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Production Associate to support enrollment communications for IDI and LTC programs, handling participant data, quality checks, and coordinating production with internal teams and external vendors in a hybrid NYC/Long Island setting.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data and personalized materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe PDF.
• Ability to work from the Long Island office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute customized print and digital enrollment campaigns for IDI and LTC programs.
• Prepare production files and supporting materials for internal processing and external vendors.
• Coordinate with external print, mailing, and fulfillment vendors.
• Support onsite production, mailing, and inventory tracking.
