Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Production Associate to manage the production and delivery of personalized enrollment communications for IDI and LTC programs. You will handle participant data, validate materials, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, data management or communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with mail-merge and document workflows helpful.
• Ability to handle large volumes of personalized materials precisely.

Responsibilities

• Execute customized print and digital enrollment campaigns for IDI and LTC programs.
• Prepare production files and materials for processing and vendors.
• Perform detailed quality assurance checks on client communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Support onsite production, mailing, and resource tracking.
