Job summary

Baker College is seeking an Enrollment Recruiter & Partnerships Specialist to drive student recruitment and grow enrollment in skilled trades and technical programs. Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in higher education recruitment or related sales experience.
• Experience in automotive, diesel, HVAC, welding, manufacturing, or CTE environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment and grow enrollment in skilled trades programs.
• Develop partnerships with high schools, employers, and associations.
• Lead recruitment events, presentations, demonstrations, and campus outreach.
• Manage onboarding, CRM records, and enrollment data.
• Coordinate sponsorships, apprenticeships, and workforce pathways.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to strengthen enrollment pipelines.
