Baker College is seeking an Enrollment Recruiter & Partnerships Specialist to drive student recruitment and grow enrollment in skilled trades and technical programs. This role builds partnerships with high schools, CTE centers, regional employers, dealerships, and industry associations while leading outreach events, presentations, and enrollment guidance.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree with a Bachelor's preferred; 2–3 years in higher education recruitment or related fields are

Competenze

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in higher education recruitment, corporate outreach, or workforce development.
• Experience in automotive, diesel, HVAC, welding, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments preferred.
