Job summary

Ottawa University seeks a Community Development Executive to lead a student recruitment program and cultivate enrollment partnerships with feeder schools and community organizations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum one year recruiting or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with feeder schools and corporate/community partnerships.
• Recruit and generate qualified student leads aligned with enrollment targets.
• Coordinate campus outreach strategy with department and campus leaders.
• Maintain data entry in CRM and produce reports on outreach results.
• Collaborate with financial aid, registrar, and advisors to ensure enrollment success.
• Represent Ottawa University at community events and partnerships.
