Job summary

CT State Community College in Norwalk is seeking a Recruitment & Outreach Specialist to drive enrollment and serve as the primary contact for prospective students. This on-site, full-time role is based at CT State Norwalk and reports to campus leadership.

You will collaborate with high school and adult education partners, monitor the enrollment pipeline, and provide resources to support students from inquiry to matriculation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of recruitment and enrollment support to prospective students from inquiry to matriculation.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners including high school and adult education administrators.
• Monitor enrollment progress, conduct continued outreach, and refer students to resources as needed.
