Job summary

Acelero, Inc. is seeking an ERSEA Assistant to support eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance for high-need children. The role ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and internal policies while helping families access services and resources in Bay St.

Louis, MS. You will handle family applications, enrollment forms, and data entry, and work with coordinators to maintain waitlists, track enrollment, and support outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA/AS in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred for some areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure eligibility, selection, and enrollment processes follow Head Start Performance Standards and Acelero policies.
• Assist families with Online Family Application and enrollment forms.
• Review applications and maintain accurate waitlists and enrollment data.
• Monitor funded enrollment levels and fill vacancies promptly.
• Promote recruitment efforts and track inquiries and applications.
