Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement undergraduate recruitment strategies in assigned territories.
• Coordinate high school visits and college fairs to support enrollment goals.
• Maintain CRM records, track interactions, and provide insights on trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic Programs, and Financial Aid to support onboarding.
• Mentor student staff and contribute to team training.
