Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in counseling, call campaigns, and group presentations.
• Two to four years of experience in student enrollment, admissions or sales.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance on programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment activities.
• Complete outreach to leads and newly accepted students to meet enrollment goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all student interactions for reporting.
• Provide backup to the contact center and answer inquiries via phone and emails.
• Support recruitment events and training of new employees.
