Pathways In Education - Arizona, Inc. is seeking an on-call Enrollment and Outreach Specialist for our Glendale and Phoenix campuses.

This role supports front desk activities, student recruitment, family engagement, and enrollment processes, working with school leadership and the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who builds relationships with families, conducts outreach in the community, leads information sessions and tours, and works independently in a

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admission or school enrollment experience).
• Strong written, oral, and public speaking communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries quickly and maintain communication with students/parents through admissions.
• Make outbound calls daily to reach prospective students.
• Conduct telephone and on-site consultations about educational goals.
• Review programs with parents/students and advise on admission requirements.
• Ensure all admission paperwork is completed and filed.
• Enter new student information into the CRM.
• Maintain targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the process.
• Travel for recruitment and school outreach events.
