Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual enrollment and retention strategies.
• Coordinate admissions and recruitment events, including Open Houses, School Tours, Shadow Days, and Accepted Students Events.
• Guide prospective families through the inquiry, application, and enrollment process.
• Manage enrollment databases, CRM systems, and admissions records.
• Analyze enrollment trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with administration regarding tuition assistance and financial aid opportunities.
• Build relationships with local parishes, partner schools, and current families to strengthen community outreach.
• Promote Holy Family Regional Catholic School through marketing and communication efforts.
