• Lead the OA Department: hire, coach, evaluate and when needed, discipline staff in partnership with the OA/CTS Director.
• Develop staff through training and career paths.
• Build community partnerships that drive enrollment and related opportunities.
• Represent the Center in the community and build relationships with officials and partners.
• Oversee OA Phase from recruitment through arrival to ensure enrollment readiness.
• Protect confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Drive the department's performance toward goals.
• Model Career Success Standards and treat students with respect.

Associate Degree
