Somerset Community College invites applications for an Admissions Counselor II for Career and Technical Education. The role recruits prospective students and promotes open enrollment classes, engaging with community partners to drive enrollment and awareness of programs.

Responsibilities include administrative support to the Dean and instructors, data management and enrollment tasks, and updating digital content and marketing materials to reflect current offerings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and four years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Education and/or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students at events and open houses.
• Promote non-credit, credit, and continuing education programs.
• Provide guidance on admissions, registration, and financial aid options.
• Maintain master class spreadsheets and ensure data accuracy.
