Responsibilities

Perform case intake and triage, including assignment and duplicate identification.
Manage case follow-ups with stakeholders, particularly contract eligibility approvals pending load.
Ensure accurate case documentation, status updates, and clean closure.
Support audit triage and assist with basic audit preparation tasks.
Assist with enrollment support during high-volume periods.
Respond to basic manufacturer and sales inquiries.
Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and Smartsheet systems.
