Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform case intake and triage, including assignment and duplicate identification.
• Manage case follow-ups with stakeholders and approvals.
• Ensure accurate case documentation, status updates, and closure.
• Assist with basic audit triage and enrollment support during high-volume periods.
• Respond to basic manufacturer and sales inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and Smartsheet.
