Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Experience in enrollment, admissions, education, customer service, or administrative operations required.
• Previous team lead, coordination, or leadership experience preferred.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• This is not an online position.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enrollment Director with daily operations, team priorities, meetings, and department initiatives.
• Communicate department updates, expectations, and process changes to Enrollment Specialists.
• Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping resolve routine challenges.
• Conduct audits of enrollment activity, applications, documentation, follow-ups, and data accuracy to ensure compliance with procedures and state requirements.
• Identify errors, trends, and opportunities for improvement; communicate findings to the Enrollment Director.
• Track leads, applications, follow-ups, waitlists, and team performance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Enrollment Specialists, including training materials.
• Provide support with complex enrollment situations as directed by the Enrollment Director.
• Collaborate with Registrars, Compliance, and other departments to resolve enrollment concerns and ensure families receive accurate information.
• Monitor team goals, follow up on action items, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and enrollment conversion.
