Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service, telemarketing or sales experiences (including admission or school enrollment).
• Strong written, oral, and public speaking communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication with students/parents throughout the admissions process.
• Make outbound calls daily to reach prospective students.
• Conduct telephone-based and on-site consultations about educational goals and admission requirements.
• Ensure admission paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
