Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding tasks for new employee benefit group accounts and ensure electronic enrollment is accurate.
• Coordinate with shared services and account management teams to support onboarding and timelines.
• Provide timely status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries by phone, fax, or email and prioritize sensitive group accounts.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams to confirm enrollment and setup.
• Support transition to Account Management team after onboarding.
