Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work full time onsite in Fresno, Ca.
• Thorough knowledge of medical education program requirements.
• Strong administrative analysis and operations research skills.
• Effective communication with peers, learners, faculty, and education program coordinators / managers.
• Proficient in training staff on on-site administrative processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data management and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of policies and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance.
• Ability to promote teaching and learning goals with educational software.

Responsibilities

• Design and support health professions education programs in line with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, enrollment, and visiting student programs within UME.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for learners, including 300 visiting students.
• Monitor workflow and ensure consistency across the department.
• Produce in-depth reports on volume and infrastructure needs.
• Lead and supervise onsite staff to deliver timely, accurate services.
