Job summary

UCSF Fresno seeks an experienced coordinator to support Undergraduate Medical Education and student services for all medical students on the Fresno campus. You will advise students, help plan programs, and coordinate resources across campus with a focus on engagement and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Faculty Director of Student Advising and interacting with multiple UCSF teams, you will help manage student life, academic advising, and crisis response, ensuring alignment with PRIDE values and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related experience in a student services function or as a student advisor.
• Knowledge of University policies and student services practices.

Responsibilities

• Advise students and student leaders on policies, procedures, and resources.
• Coordinate programs and services for all students on campus including academic and career advising.
• Serve as campus lead for crisis management involving students.
• Manage program budgets and coordinate partnerships with faculty and staff.
• Provide education, training, and reflection opportunities to students engaged in public service.
