Job summary

The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking an Education Site Coordinator to coordinate OB‑Gyn medical education programs at San Francisco General Hospital. You will manage rotations, onboarding, scheduling, learner tracking, and program accreditation for fellows, residents, and medical students across blocks and sites.

Partnering with SFGH site directors and UCSF GME offices, you will organize seminars, prepare orientation materials, coordinate intern and resident activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, or administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health professions education program requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rotations and onboarding for OB-Gyn fellows, residents and medical students.
• Manage scheduling, learner tracking, and program accreditation activities.
• Prepare orientation materials and manage site-specific data and communications.
• Support residency onboarding, including badges, EPIC access, and orientation day.
• Collaborate with site directors and UCSF GME offices to ensure smooth program operations.
