Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• Familiarity with paid media strategy and digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment marketing campaigns to raise awareness in Boston.
• Define target audiences, channels, timing, and budget allocations.
• Create messaging, copy, and visual identity for campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate content with school teams and obtain approvals for campaigns.
• Lead recruitment marketing materials and employer-brand initiatives with the CHCO.
• Manage and optimize paid media across digital platforms and vendors.
• Support prospective families from awareness through enrollment (tours, outreach).
• Maintain APR's social media presence and the careers page to reflect brand.
