Job summary

Kids in the Game seeks a Customer Success & Enrollment Coordinator to lead enrollment operations for 30-40 programs annually, overseeing registration data for 1,000+ students and 2,500+ campers. You will manage a distributed customer service team, implement registration systems, and analyze enrollment trends to guide decisions.

You’ll collaborate with families, support scholarships, and provide front-line training while ensuring accurate records, effective communication, and timely reporting

Qualifications

• Background in customer service leadership and enrollment management.
• Experience with program registration tools and data entry.
• Ability to learn new registration tools quickly and build reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a distributed customer service team across channels.
• Oversee school year and summer enrollment processes and data integrity.
• Build reporting using registration platforms and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with finance for billing and payments.
• Represent Kids in the Game at events and recruiting activities.
