Manhattan Charter School on the Lower East Side seeks an Enrollment Specialist to manage the full enrollment cycle—from application to registration—while building positive relationships with families and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with state and authorizer requirements.

You will lead outreach to prospective families, coordinate lotteries, manage documents, and generate enrollment reports to inform leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills for diverse communities.

• Lead family engagement and outreach to increase enrollment.
• Manage applications in enrollment systems and run lotteries per regulations.
• Coordinate seat offers and collect registration documents.
• Generate enrollment reports and monitor trends for leadership.
