Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing enrollment strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines and building effective domestic and international recruitment networks.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in enrollment analytics, admissions systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in independent schools, boarding schools, or other educational institutions strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment strategies aligned with the academy’s goals.
• Lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts to attract qualified domestic and international candidates.
• Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, consultants, and recruitment partners.
• Identify new recruitment markets and opportunities, especially for international students.
• Analyze enrollment data, trends, and conversion rates to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, marketing, and student services for a coordinated process.
• Represent the academy at events, visits, and conferences.
• Develop recruitment initiatives highlighting Riverside’s educational model, military traditions, and leadership development.
