Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years supervising staff or owning the close.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and bank reconciliations.
• Manage tuition billing, collections, and student accounts.
• Oversee accounts payable, purchasing controls, and payroll coordination.
• Build and monitor the annual budget with variance reporting.
• Prepare for annual audit and tax filings.
• Strengthen internal controls and cash management.
• Develop cash flow forecasts for capital projects and new programs.
