Catlin Gabel School is seeking an Assistant Director of Beginning & Lower School Enrollment to lead the enrollment experience for Preschool through Grade 5 families. You will guide inquiries through admission and matriculation and partner with colleagues to create a welcoming, personalized process.

The ideal candidate is warm, highly organized and relationship‑oriented, with a talent for building community, tours, events and communications that strengthen the enrollment pipeline.

• Lead Beginning & Lower School Enrollment from inquiry through matriculation.
• Coordinate tours, applicant assessment, visits, and admission committees.
• Develop recruitment strategies and build a strong pipeline of families.
• Deliver welcoming, well‑organized experiences and clear communications.
