• Provide information on majors, articulated programs, and pathways.
• Advise prospective students on program suitability and career paths.
• Collaborate with recruitment and telemarketing teams on leads and inquiries.
• Assist international applicants through the admissions process; guidance on visa requirements and equivalencies.
• Assist first-year students with course selection and transition to university life.
• Review transcripts and evaluate transfer credits according to policies.
