Job summary

The advisor will schedule and manage meetings, advise students on courses and career goals, and maintain student records. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in student recruitment or advising. The position offers a salary range of $54,400 to $68,000 per year, along with comprehensive health benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in student recruitment or advising within an educational institution is required.
• Proven customer service experience in a high-pressure environment is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage registration meetings effectively.
• Respond to student communication within 24 hours.
• Summarize meeting outcomes and document interactions.
• Advise students on academic and career goals.
• Assist in student orientation and adjustment.
• Serve as a case manager for students in need.
