Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in Student Personnel Services, Education, Occupational/Career Education or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in higher education or sales, with an emphasis on providing high-quality customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information/CRM systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required for assigned recruitment responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students through individual outreach, high school visits, college fairs, community events, information sessions, open houses, and other recruitment activities.
• Communicate regularly with prospective and admitted students through phone calls, email, text messaging, virtual meetings, and in-person.
• Follow up with prospective and admitted students to encourage application completion, enrollment, and attendance.
• Assist students in navigating the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and eligibility in accordance with institutional policies.
• Evaluate academic transcripts and other application materials as assigned.
• Communicate admission decisions and next steps to prospective students.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the college's student information and customer relationship management systems.
• Participate in enrollment management meetings and contribute to strategies designed to improve recruitment, conversion, and enrollment outcomes.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Student Success, Marketing, and other campus departments to provide prospective students with comprehensive and consistent information.
• Perform other duties as assigned
