Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal) required.
• Effectively manage and organize daily tasks independently and with a team while balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines required.
• A high degree of interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgement and discretion required.
• Ability to solve complex problems and meet deadlines required.

Responsibilities

• Reach and maintain enrollment goals as outlined by the University.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals for assigned targeted recruitment area.
• Provide information to prospects and handle questions from prospective applicants.
• Daily traveling to various sites throughout the assigned territory.
• Provide complete support and follow-up to students and parents.
• Responsible for guiding new and readmitted students through the enrollment process.
• Evaluate all college-level transcripts for incoming transfer students.
• Actively participate in college fairs and other recruitment events.
