Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a District Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across Arizona's three districts, with a focus near Tucson. You will manage leads, conduct family tours, and partner with school leaders to increase new enrollments and optimize district utilization.

You will work with district and marketing teams to strengthen lead engagement, execute enrollment best practices, and coach school Directors on effective enrollment conversations and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication, written, verbal and interpersonal
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to assigned schools within a specific geographic area, including on site presence to support tours, family engagement, and enrollment execution.
• Manage leads for assigned schools by maintaining strong organization and timely follow up with prospective families and Directors.
• Support and conduct tours for prospective families to ensure high quality, consistent experiences.
• Manage the enrollment process from inquiry to registration and initial payment setup.
• Utilize CRM to engage families, track pipeline health, and drive enrollment volume.
