Job summary

Learning Care seeks a District Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across a defined group of schools in the S VA 1 district, with on-site support for tours and family engagement. You will partner with school leaders to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion and optimize utilization, leveraging CRM to manage pipeline health.

The DES interacts with school and district leadership, as well as marketing teams, to execute enrollment best practices, coach Directors, and ensure consistent,

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience; education or service industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to assigned schools, including on-site tours and family engagement.
• Manage leads, prioritize high-intent opportunities, and follow up with prospective families and Directors.
• Support tours for prospective families, ensuring high quality experiences that move families toward enrollment.
• Guide enrollment from initial inquiry through registration and initial payment setup.
• Use CRM to engage prospective families, track pipeline health, and drive enrollment goals.
• Coach school Directors on enrollment conversations, tour execution, and follow up best practices.
• Market and position schools using family feedback and reviews to tailor enrollment strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of state childcare enrollment policies.
• Travel up to 50% local travel.
