Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a District Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across AZ 3 districts. You will support tours, engage families, manage leads, and partner with school leaders to optimize enrollment.

You will work with district and marketing teams to improve lead engagement and enrollment conversion, using CRM tools, coaching Directors, and ensuring high-quality experiences for prospective families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers.
• Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to assigned schools within a geographic area, including on-site presence to support tours and family engagement.
• Manage leads for assigned schools by maintaining organization and following up with prospective families and Directors.
• Support and conduct tours for prospective families to ensure high-quality experiences that move toward enrollment.
• Manage the prospective family enrollment process from inquiry through registration and initial payment setup.
• Achieve enrollment goals by using CRM systems to engage families and track pipeline health.
• Coach school Directors with real-time feedback on enrollment conversations and tour execution.
• Consult with school leadership to market and position schools effectively based on family feedback.
