Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, seeks an entry-level Enrollment Marketing Coordinator to support the College’s recruitment plan. You will work with prospective students, families, counselors, alumni, and staff to build and sustain relationships that drive enrollment goals.

Responsibilities include executing travel events, campus visits, and communicating effectively across several constituencies. A Bachelor’s degree is required; strong communication and marketing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Entry-level position; experience in college admissions or sales is preferable but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and marketing skills required.

Responsabilités

• Meet enrollment goals by preparing and executing an annual recruitment plan with travel activities and events.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective students, families, and high school counselors throughout the process.
• Assist and attend selected Campus Visit Programs for prospective students.
• Review student credentials and recommendations to ensure Westminster standards before Admissions Committee review.
• Provide consultation and maintain records of recruitment activities for evaluation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Recruitment or VP of Enrollment Management.
