Job summary

Westmoreland County Community College is seeking a Coordinator for Admissions & Recruitment to develop and implement recruitment strategies within a defined territory. You will work with high school partners, adult learners, and college resources to guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong public speaking, and effective individual and small group communication skills, with collaboration across departments to meet enrollment

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of related experience required.
• Public speaking experience required.
• Experience with individual and small group communications is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies within a territory to assist enrollment goals.
• Coordinate with high schools, career centers, and community partners to recruit traditional and adult learners.
• Case manage prospective students through enrollment, coordinating services with advisors and College resources.
• Represent the College on-campus and off-campus to prospective students, parents, counselors, companies and community liaisons.
• Assist with formal agreements between high schools and the College and with credits transfer information.
