Job summary

The Learning Experience – Ephrata is seeking an Assistant Director who blends enrollment growth with business operations. You will own the lead pipeline from inquiry to enrollment, run tours, and close contracts while managing marketing and community outreach to keep inquiry volume high.

You will also handle billing, tuition collection, vendor relations, and staff scheduling in partnership with the Center Director, driving center growth toward full capacity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in childcare administration, enrollment/sales, or business operations.
• Hunter mentality focused on closing leads.
• Comfort with tuition, billing, and basic P&L.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Marketing and social media savvy.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lead pipeline — tracking, follow-up, and enrollment conversion.
• Lead tours and act as the enrollment closer.
• Manage enrollment metrics and CRM so no lead falls through.
• Plan and execute local marketing and community outreach.
• Support day-to-day business operations, including billing and payroll coordination.
