Responsibilities

• Driving school enrollment and maintaining strong occupancy
• Responding quickly and professionally to new family inquiries
• Building genuine relationships with prospective and current families
• Conducting engaging, personalized school tours
• Following up consistently with leads and prospective families
• Converting inquiries and tours into enrollments
• Maintaining an organized admissions pipeline and tracking enrollment activity
• Understanding classroom availability, upcoming openings, and waitlists
• Communicating the value of our Balanced Learning curriculum and school programs
• Partnering with the leadership team to identify enrollment opportunities
• Supporting community outreach, marketing initiatives, and school events
• Creating an exceptional experience from a family’s first phone call through their child’s first day
