You will drive enrollment by guiding inquiries from first contact through tours and enrollment, managing the admissions pipeline, and partnering with school leadership to improve occupancy.

• Drive school enrollment and maintain strong occupancy
• Respond quickly and professionally to new family inquiries
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current families
• Conduct engaging, personalized school tours
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective families
• Convert inquiries and tours into enrollments
• Maintain an organized admissions pipeline and track enrollment activity
• Understand classroom availability, openings, and waitlists
• Communicate the value of Balanced Learning curriculum and programs
• Partner with leadership to identify enrollment opportunities
• Support community outreach, marketing initiatives and school events
• Create an exceptional family experience from first call to first day
